Manufacturing Engineer

Provide front line leadership, coaching and mentoring to production staff to deliver manufacturing objectives. Prioritize workload and optimize usage of assets to maximize product delivery. Primary back up when manager or shift supervisor is not present. Technical support for the chemical distillation and solvent blending processes. Complete operations investigation for quality issues, customer complaints, Non conformance, and help implement CAPAs. Ensures production of high quality products in a safe manner. Recommend and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and deliver quality product to our customers. Lead engineering and reliability improvement projects to support day to day manufacturing objectives. Analyze and resolve technical and operational problems. Suggest and implement changes in manufacturing environment, facilities, and equipment to increase efficiency of operations.
