- Design and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the manufacturing process.
- Develop and maintain documentation of manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct cost analysis and make recommendations to optimize production costs.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and technology to continuously improve manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Participate in new product development projects to provide input on manufacturability.
- Lead and participate in process validation and verification activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on project status.
- Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.
Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Design For Manufacturability (Dfm) Principles.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Equipment, Including Cnc Machining, Injection Molding, And Automated Assembly.
Demonstrated Skills In Project Management, Problem-Solving, And Continuous Improvement Methodologies Such As Lean Or Six Sigma.
