1. Receive and process incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
2. Label, package, and prepare materials for shipment according to company standards.
3. Maintain inventory levels by accurately recording and tracking materials movements.
4. Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
5. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill material requests and ensure timely delivery to production areas.
6. Perform regular inventory audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or shortages.
7. Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
8. Keep work area clean and organized at all times to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
9. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
10. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to quality, safety, and compliance.
12. Continuously identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
13. Cross-train in other material handling areas to provide coverage and support as needed.
14. Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
