  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the best technologies and methods for automation.
  4. Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including specifications, drawings, and test plans.
  5. Oversee the installation and testing of new automation systems, ensuring proper functionality and integration with existing processes.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the development, testing, or production phases.
  7. Continuously monitor and improve automation processes to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.

  9. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on automation techniques and processes.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with automated systems.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source necessary parts and equipment for automation projects.
  12. Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on project progress and challenges.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Automated Systems And Equipment

  • Strong Knowledge Of Mechanical Design Principles And Proficiency In Cad Software

  • Experience With Plc Programming And Familiarity With Automation Control Systems

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Solve Technical Problems In A Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment.
