- Operate and maintain equipment necessary for the production of mRNA-based vaccines and therapies.
- Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Monitor and document production processes, including batch records and data entries.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to ensure efficient and timely production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, quality control, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth and successful manufacturing operations.
- Assist in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to meet cGMP standards.
- Continuously develop and improve technical skills through training and learning opportunities.

Bachelor's Degree In Biology, Chemistry, Or A Related Field.
Previous Experience In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Manufacturing Environment.
Familiarity With Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Standard Operating Procedures (Sops).
Strong Understanding Of Mrna Production Processes And Techniques, Including Mrna Purification, Formulation, And Quality Control.
Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment With A Strong Attention To Detail And Problem-Solving Skills.
