  1. Operate and maintain specialized manufacturing equipment used in the production of mRNA-based therapies.
  2. Follow established protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the quality and consistency of manufactured products.
  3. Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  4. Conduct quality control tests and document results accurately.
  5. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process development and optimization.
  7. Assist with inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed production records and reports.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure timely completion of production goals.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  11. Participate in training and development programs to stay current on industry and company updates.
  12. Comply with all safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
  13. Assist with the implementation and adherence to quality control measures.
  14. Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in meetings and sharing knowledge and ideas.
  15. Keep updated on industry trends and advancements in mRNA manufacturing technology.
  16. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Biology, Biochemistry, Or Related Field
