  1. Perform essential tasks to ensure the quality and efficiency of our products, including but not limited to operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, conducting quality control checks, and following standard operating procedures.
  2. Maintain a strong understanding of scientific principles and techniques, and apply them accurately and consistently in all tasks.
  3. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  4. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work performed, including data entry and documentation.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any supply needs to appropriate personnel.
  7. Continuously strive for quality improvement and efficiency in all processes.
  8. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data protection.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and share knowledge and insights with colleagues.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  13. Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
