Pricing Agreement Representative
This role maintains workflow instructions with current processes and must be able to communicate issues and opportunities at various levels within the organization. Responsible for converting all created Quotes into Orders within the various ERP systems, applying proper discounting as approved by Sales and Deal Desk Management, verifying Customer PO terms match the terms of the Quote and maintaining all documents relevant to the order for compliance with SOX. This role maintains workflow instructions with current processes and must be able to communicate issues and opportunities at various levels within the organization.
Must have experience working with multiple computer applications
Must be flexible with hours worked to support various department hours beyond typical business hours
Must have strong phone skills to address both Sales questions and Customer related questions regarding the Instrument Quotes and Orders
