Job Description

Develop multi-year product line vision and strategy for applications. Drive business development activities to in-license assays in various applications. Develop segment strategy for Sanger sequencing and fragment analysis to protect and grow gold-standard technology. Identifying, establishing, and managing strategic partnerships, including relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry opinion leaders. Serve as product champion internally, with the field, and with customers. Lead new product introductions through a phase-gate product commercialization process and develop business results, including business plans and product roadmaps. Product Life cycle management critical to CE workflow & partner with cross-functional teams to drive product success.

Job Qualifications

  • MBA with work experience in the biotechnology industry preferred.

  • 7+ years of product management experience in genetic analysis technologies

  • 1-2 years of business development experience in genetic analysis preferred

  • Experience managing a complex product line, including pricing, forecasting, and supply/demand responsibility

  • Experience with new product launches and working with commercial organizations
