We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team in the UK, Hungary or Lithuania. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our products by developing and executing strategic plans, managing product lifecycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in product management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a difference in the scientific community.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the success of Thermo Fisher Scientific products.
  2. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, in order to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, R&D, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
  4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and trends, and use this information to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  5. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create and implement product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
  6. Monitor and analyze product performance, sales data, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and key opinion leaders to gain insights and feedback on products.
  8. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of product strategies and messaging.
  9. Train and educate sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends to inform product roadmap and strategy.
  11. Develop and manage product budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
  12. Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at industry conferences, tradeshows, and other events.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on assigned products and provide support to internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Continuously assess and identify areas for improvement in product development, processes, and procedures.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Life Sciences Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Strong Project Management And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Uk, Hungary, Or Lithuania Market, Including Customer Needs And Competitive Landscape.

  • Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Execute Successful Product Strategies.
