QA Manager, Quality Systems

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Manager to join our team and oversee our Quality Systems. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance in our products and processes. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a strong understanding of quality control principles. - Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee the Quality Systems team and provide guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and maintain quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of our products and processes.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure all employees are knowledgeable about quality control procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure our processes and products remain in compliance.
- Manage relationships with external quality control partners and vendors.
- Communicate quality-related updates and initiatives to senior management and other teams within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Engineering.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Management, Preferably In A Regulated Industry Like Pharmaceuticals Or Medical Devices.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems, Including Iso 9001 And Fda Regulations.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With Experience Managing A Team And Working Cross-Functionally With Other Departments.
Experience With Implementing And Maintaining Quality Systems, Including Conducting Audits, Managing Corrective And Preventive Actions, And Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
