Job Description

As a QC Scientist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will be joining a team of highly motivated and experienced professionals who are responsible for the quality control of our products. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, such as chemistry, biochemistry, or biology, and a minimum of one year of experience in a quality control role. Experience in a laboratory setting and knowledge of FDA, GMP, and ISO regulations is also preferred. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure quality control of all products produced by Thermo Fisher Scientific.
  2. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  3. Maintain compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO regulations.
  4. Perform laboratory testing and analysis.
  5. Monitor quality control processes and procedures.
  6. Prepare and maintain quality control records.
  7. Create and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality of products.
  9. Assist in the development of new quality control systems and processes.
  10. Communicate quality control activities to management and other stakeholders.
