- Conduct quality control testing and analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using various scientific techniques and instruments.
- Ensure compliance with established quality standards, protocols, and procedures.
- Document and report all test results accurately and efficiently.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in test results.
- Utilize statistical analysis and data interpretation to monitor and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain and calibrate equipment and instruments according to standard operating procedures.
- Participate in the development and validation of new testing methods and procedures.
- Continuously monitor and improve quality control processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to quality control.
- Train and mentor junior team members on quality control procedures and techniques.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with investigations of non-conforming products and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of product specifications and quality standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In A Qc Laboratory Setting
Knowledge Of Cgmp Regulations And Experience Working In A Fda-Regulated Environment
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Various Analytical Techniques Such As Hplc, Gc, And Mass Spectrometry
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment With Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
