- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales plans.

- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all administrative tasks related to sales, including forecasting and budgeting.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously strive to improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other Regional Sales Managers to share best practices and drive overall sales growth for the company.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Customer Relationships.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Representatives.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Particularly In The Life Sciences Or Healthcare Industry.
Knowledge Of The Central Region Market And Competition In The Life Sciences Industry.
