Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Chemistry Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Chemistry Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For A Scientist, Formulation Role At Thermo Fisher Scientific. This Advanced Education Provides A Strong Foundation In Scientific Principles And Techniques Necessary For Developing Innovative Formulations.

  • Experience In Formulation Development: Candidates Must Have Prior Experience In Formulation Development, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Setting. This Includes Knowledge Of Formulation Techniques, Such As Emulsification, Encapsulation, And Lyophilization, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of The Drug Development Process.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: Thermo Fisher Scientific Is A Highly Regulated Industry, And Candidates For A Scientist, Formulation Position Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines. This Includes Experience With Fda Regulations, Gmp, And Glp Standards.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: Formulation Development Requires A Strong Attention To Detail And The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Complex Data. A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, As Well As The Ability To Think Critically And Troubleshoot Issues That May Arise During The Formulation Process.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Abilities: As A Scientist, Formulation, You Will Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Chemists, Engineers, And Quality Control Specialists.
