- Conduct research and development activities to improve existing products and develop new technologies in line with company goals and objectives.
- Utilize scientific expertise and analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and production to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Design and execute experiments to evaluate new raw materials, processes, and equipment for use in manufacturing.
- Analyze data, interpret results, and present findings to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of experiments, data, and results.
- Stay current with industry developments and trends to identify potential areas for improvement and innovation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Mentor and train junior scientists and technicians as needed.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to provide updates on project progress and any issues or challenges that arise.
- Act as a subject matter expert for specific product lines and processes.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support product launch activities and address customer inquiries or concerns.
- Contribute to the development of technical reports, presentations, and publications.

Master's Or Ph.d. Degree In A Scientific Discipline Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Chemistry.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Biotech Or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Environment.
Expertise In Cell Culture, Bioprocess Engineering, And/Or Protein Purification Techniques.
Proven Track Record Of Leading And Executing Complex Projects In A Fast-Paced And Highly Regulated Environment.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Scientific Data To Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
