Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and experiments in microbiology to develop and improve products and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and execute projects.
- Analyze and interpret data, and communicate findings to the team and management.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in microbiology to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Write technical reports, protocols, and documentation to support product development and regulatory submissions.
- Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records and data to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Contribute to the development of new methods and techniques for microbiological analysis.
- Train and mentor junior team members on laboratory procedures, techniques, and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in the laboratory at all times.
- Participate in presentations, conferences, and scientific meetings to share knowledge and expertise.
- Collaborate with customers and provide technical support for product inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
- Represent the company and its values in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working In A Microbiology Laboratory, With A Focus On Microbial Identification, Isolation, And Characterization.
A Ph.d. Or Equivalent Degree In Microbiology Or A Related Field, With A Strong Background In Molecular Biology Techniques And Data Analysis.
Proficiency In Aseptic Techniques, Sterile Culture Handling, And Microbiological Media Preparation.
Experience With Next-Generation Sequencing (Ngs) Technology And Bioinformatics Analysis For Microbial Identification And Characterization.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Design And Execute Experiments, Interpret Data, And Troubleshoot Technical Issues.
