- Conduct scientific research and analysis to support the development and improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the quality, efficiency, or safety of manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement new methods and techniques to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in the manufacturing process.
- Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all research and analysis.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies and techniques into manufacturing processes.
- Train and mentor junior team members as needed.
- Participate in project teams and contribute to the overall goals and objectives of the company.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Process Development Role Within The Biotechnology Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Cgmp Regulations And Experience With Implementing Quality Control Measures.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Statistical Tools For Process Optimization And Troubleshooting.
Excellent Communication And Team Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
