- Conduct and oversee all phases of clinical trials, including planning, initiation, monitoring, and close-out, in accordance with applicable regulations and protocols.
- Develop and implement study protocols, informed consent forms, and study-related documents.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Identify and resolve potential study issues and risks, and provide solutions to ensure study timelines and objectives are met.
- Train and mentor junior CRAs on study procedures, regulations, and company SOPs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for investigational sites and maintain strong relationships with study personnel.
- Collect, review, and verify study data and ensure timely and accurate data entry into electronic systems.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, data management, and biostatistics.
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, and close-out visits, and participate in site audits and inspections.
- Communicate study progress, issues, and resolutions to the project team and management.
- Participate in the development and review of clinical protocols and other study-related documents.
- Review and provide input on study budgets, contracts, and vendor selection.
- Monitor study metrics and provide regular updates to management.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in clinical research.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and quality of clinical trials.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Cra In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Senior Or Lead Role.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Life Sciences Or Healthcare, Or Equivalent Experience.
Extensive Knowledge Of Ich-Gcp Guidelines And Fda Regulations, As Well As Experience With Clinical Trial Protocols And Study Start-Up Processes.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Clinical Trials Simultaneously And Meeting Project Timelines.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
