  1. Oversee and conduct clinical trials to evaluate the safety and efficacy of new treatments and therapies.
  2. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, study coordinators, and site staff.
  4. Manage and monitor study progress, including enrollment, data collection, and study site performance.
  5. Maintain accurate and timely study documentation and records.
  6. Conduct site visits to assess study conduct and adherence to protocols.
  7. Identify and address any study-related issues or concerns.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data management, medical affairs, and regulatory affairs.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on clinical research and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and developments in clinical research.
  11. Assist in the development and implementation of study protocols and other study-related documents.
  12. Participate in study meetings and provide updates on study progress.
  13. Ensure that all study activities are conducted in accordance with ethical and safety standards.
  14. Communicate study results and findings to relevant parties, both internally and externally.
  15. Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical trial processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Life Sciences Or A Related Field: A Senior Cra/Clinical Research Associate Ii At Thermo Fisher Scientific Must Have A Strong Educational Background In The Life Sciences To Effectively Understand And Evaluate Clinical Trial Data.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Cra: Thermo Fisher Scientific Requires Candidates For This Position To Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Cra, Demonstrating A Strong Understanding Of Clinical Research Processes And Regulations.

  • Knowledge Of Fda And Ich Regulations: Thermo Fisher Scientific Requires A Senior Cra/Clinical Research Associate Ii To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Fda And Ich Regulations To Ensure Compliance And Ethical Conduct Of Clinical Trials.
