  5. Act as a subject matter expert on our products and services, providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  6. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the customer journey.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and documentation.
  8. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to relevant teams.
  9. Mentor and train junior customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, and use this knowledge to enhance the customer service experience.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  13. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Customer Service: A Senior Customer Service Representative At Thermo Fisher Scientific Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Scientific Or Technical Industry. This Experience Should Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Customer Needs And Exceptional Communication Skills.

  • Knowledge Of Scientific Products And Services: Thermo Fisher Scientific Provides A Wide Range Of Scientific Products And Services, So A Senior Customer Service Representative Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of These Offerings. This Includes Knowledge Of Product Specifications, Technical Support, And Service Contracts.

  • Problem-Solving And Conflict Resolution Skills: As A Senior Customer Service Representative, You Will Be Responsible For Handling Complex Customer Inquiries And Resolving Issues. This Requires Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage Conflicts In A Professional And Courteous Manner.

  • Team Leadership Experience: The Senior Customer Service Representative Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Customer Service Representatives, So Prior Experience In A Leadership Role Is Preferred. This Includes The Ability To Motivate And Coach Team Members, Delegate Tasks, And Manage Team Performance.

  • Proficiency In Crm And Erp Systems: Thermo Fisher Scientific Utilizes Various Customer Relationship Management (Crm) And Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) Systems To Manage Customer Interactions And Orders. A Senior Customer Service Representative Should Be Proficient In Using These Systems To Effectively Manage Customer Accounts And Track Customer Interactions.
