  1. Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business decision-making.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to drive financial performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial results.
  4. Monitor and track key performance indicators to identify trends and potential areas of improvement.
  5. Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support strategic initiatives and identify areas for cost savings.
  6. Prepare presentations and communicate financial results and analysis to senior management.
  7. Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the business units.
  8. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data to meet internal and external deadlines.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide informed insights and recommendations.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.
  11. Collaborate with finance teams across the organization to share best practices and standardize processes.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  13. Mentor and train junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge in financial analysis.
  14. Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Large Corporation.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data And Provide Actionable Insights.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Present Financial Information To Senior Management.

  • Advanced Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Forecasting Techniques, As Well As Experience With Financial Planning Software And Erp Systems.
