- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on client service performance and highlight any potential risks or opportunities.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Marketing, Or Life Sciences.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In A Client-Facing Role, Preferably In The Scientific Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Large Accounts And Building Long-Term Client Relationships.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Client Service Representatives.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex Client Inquiries And Escalations Effectively.
