Senior Procurement Manager

This is an important role supporting the Procurement Organization in driving cost savings, supplier performance, and operational excellence. The Senior Procurement Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the execution of sourcing projects, monitoring supplier performance, and driving process improvements. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner.We are looking for someone who is driven, results-oriented, and has a high level of commitment to customer service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a procurement organization and a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the execution of sourcing projects.
2. Monitor supplier performance and drive process improvements.
3. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
4. Develop and implement strategies for cost savings and supplier performance.
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
7. Manage multiple projects in a timely manner.
8. Prepare and present reports on project progress and results.
9. Implement best practices and process improvements within the Procurement Organization.
10. Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in procurement regulations.
