- Oversee and manage daily laboratory operations to ensure efficient and effective functioning.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of laboratory supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve laboratory efficiency and productivity.
- Train and mentor laboratory staff on new equipment, protocols, and safety procedures.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation for laboratory operations.
- Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and coordinate projects and initiatives to drive process improvements and cost savings.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and support to team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in scientific research to make recommendations for improvements and innovations within the laboratory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to customers.
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and conferences to stay informed and contribute to the development of the team and the company as a whole.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Biochemistry.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Laboratory Or Research Setting, Preferably In A Biotechnology Or Pharmaceutical Company.
Strong Understanding Of Gmp And Glp Regulations.
Experience With Laboratory Equipment And Techniques Including Pcr, Elisa, And Cell Culture.
