- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability within channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies that support channel growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and support channel partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for channel partner activities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to channel partners.
- Act as a liaison between channel partners and the company to resolve any issues and ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in market trends to inform strategic decision making.
- Lead and motivate a team of channel sales representatives to achieve targets and drive growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services and build relationships with potential partners.
- Continuously evaluate and improve channel management processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure channel partners are also in compliance.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on channel performance, opportunities, and challenges.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Channel Management In The Life Sciences Industry, Preferably At A Global Level.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field; Mba Preferred.
Demonstrated Success In Developing And Executing Strategic Channel Plans That Drive Revenue Growth.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Channel Partners.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With The Ability To Identify Market Trends And Opportunities And Develop Effective Sales Strategies.
