Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Scientific Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Team Members, And Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Resolving Complex Customer Issues.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Crm Software, With The Ability To Quickly Learn And Adapt To New Systems And Processes.
