We are looking for an experienced Sr HR Manager, M&A to join our Human Resources team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. In this role you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support for our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team and managing all aspects of the HR integration process for both domestic and international deals. We are seeking an individual who is experienced in navigating the complexities of M&A, has a passion for creating a positive experience for all stakeholders, and is dedicated to driving business outcomes.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field and have at least 8 years of progressive experience in Human Resource management, with a minimum of two years of M&A experience. Experience leading global HR projects is a plus. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering a positive employee experience. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
