- Develop and implement quality management strategies and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to ensure the efficient and effective execution of quality initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product development and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and identify any potential risks.
- Develop and maintain quality systems, including document control, training, and change control processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of quality metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and optimize operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for quality-related issues and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the quality of materials and components used in our products.
- Communicate and promote a culture of quality and compliance throughout the organization.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits, and ensure timely and appropriate responses to any findings.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Science Or Engineering Discipline, With A Focus On Quality Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Quality Management, Preferably In A Highly Regulated Industry Such As Pharmaceuticals Or Medical Devices.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team In A Quality Function, With Strong Project Management Skills.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Quality Systems And Regulations, Such As Iso, Cgmp, And Fda Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Influence And Negotiate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
