Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment, Preferably In The Life Sciences Or Biotechnology Industry.

  • Associate's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Biology, Or Chemistry.

  • Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Equipment, Including Experience With Automated Systems And Instrumentation.

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Solve Complex Problems, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Adherence To Quality And Safety Standards.

  • Demonstrated Leadership And Team Management Skills, With The Ability To Mentor And Train Junior Technicians And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
