- Monitor and manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Mentor and provide guidance to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Project Or Program Management, Preferably In The Life Sciences Or Biotechnology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Programs And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies Such As Agile And Six Sigma, And Experience Implementing Them In A Corporate Environment.
