  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies to enhance supplier performance.
  4. Communicate effectively with suppliers to address any issues and resolve conflicts.
  5. Monitor supplier performance metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
  6. Conduct regular supplier audits to assess compliance with company standards and policies.
  7. Manage supplier contracts and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
  8. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives through supplier negotiations and relationship management.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supplier management.
  10. Track and report on supplier spend and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  11. Ensure timely delivery and quality of materials from suppliers.
  12. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement supplier performance improvement programs.
  13. Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal departments to address any supply chain issues.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier data and records.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures related to supplier management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Supplier Relationship Management Or Procurement.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Decisions.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Experience In Developing And Implementing Supplier Management Strategies.
