They will also possess a demonstrated ability to become a trusted advisor to both internal and external customers. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be responsible for leading and executing the recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The individual will serve as a subject matter expert providing guidance, advice, and best practices on talent acquisition strategies and processes. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be responsible for identifying key talent, understanding the organizational needs, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure successful placements.
