Job Description

At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have the unique ability to think strategically while maintaining a results-oriented, customer-focused mindset. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and/or Recruiting. They will also possess a demonstrated ability to become a trusted advisor to both internal and external customers. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be responsible for leading and executing the recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The individual will serve as a subject matter expert providing guidance, advice, and best practices on talent acquisition strategies and processes. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be responsible for identifying key talent, understanding the organizational needs, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure successful placements. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:• Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition role with a focus on full-cycle recruitment• Experience in creating and implementing recruitment strategies• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities• Strong organizational skills and effective problem-solving abilities• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking SystemsIf you are a customer-focused professional with a passion for Talent Acquisition, and you are looking for a challenging yet rewarding role, this is the opportunity for you!
