- Develop and deliver training programs and materials that align with Thermo Fisher Scientific's learning and development goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and design effective learning solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Utilize various instructional methods and techniques, such as e-learning, classroom training, and on-the-job coaching, to ensure effective learning.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Create and maintain training schedules and communicate them to employees and managers.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and creating training plans.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to enhance the training programs.
- Communicate with employees to promote and encourage participation in training and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure a seamless and comprehensive training experience.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as compliance regulations, while developing and delivering training programs.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proactively seek feedback and suggestions for improvement from employees and managers.

Experience In Designing And Delivering Training Programs: Candidates For This Role Should Have Prior Experience In Developing And Implementing Training Programs For Employees. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Be Able To Create Engaging And Effective Training Materials.
Knowledge Of Training And Development Best Practices: A Successful Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Current Trends And Best Practices In The Field Of Training And Development. They Should Be Able To Think Strategically About The Training Needs Of The Organization And Develop Plans To Address Them.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Training And Development Co-Op At Thermo Fisher Scientific, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team: The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Independently To Manage Their Projects And Also Collaborate Effectively With Other Team Members. They Should Be Able To Take Initiative And Be Proactive In Identifying And Addressing Training Needs.
