
Vendor Management Coordinator

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and competitiveness in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and select new vendors that align with the company's goals and values.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor information, contracts, and agreements.
- Act as the main point of contact for vendors, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Develop and implement vendor performance metrics to measure and track their performance.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with vendor agreements and company policies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in vendor management, making recommendations for process improvements as needed.
- Train and support team members on vendor management processes and procedures.
- Participate in vendor selection and evaluation processes to ensure alignment with company standards and requirements.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any impact on vendor relationships or service delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working relationship with all internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Vendor Management Or Procurement
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Experience With Vendor Management Software
