The Pattern Maker will work with both the design team and production team to create patterns and provide technical support throughout the entire process.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in pattern making and garment construction and a thorough understanding of the entire pattern-making process. It’s essential that the Pattern Maker has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and is capable of working well with a variety of teams. Additionally, the Pattern Maker should be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
