Gemologist

Tiffany & Co. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Gemologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gems and jewelry, have a keen eye for detail, and possess a strong background in gemological knowledge. Our Gemologist will be responsible for the authentication and valuation of gems, as well as providing expert consultation to our customers.The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of gemology experience, with a thorough understanding of the 4Cs (cut, color, clarity, and carat weight) and the GIA Diamond Grading System. Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred. An ability to think both analytically and creatively is also highly desirable.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about gemology, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor, and have a desire to stay up to date on the latest trends in the jewelry industry.
