
User Communications Coordinator
The Coordinator will work closely with our User Communications Strategy Manager to ensure our users receive timely, valuable communication. In this role, you'll not only help create and execute scaled systems that allow us to share information with our growing user base, but will also communicate directly with TikTok users on platforms including the Help Center. Write and review user-facing copy for accuracy, clarity, consistency, completeness and compliance. Compile and distribute highly detailed planning documents and/or regular reports. Facilitate and quickly manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Content, Partnerships, Marketing, UX Writing and Product to help improve operational workflows.
Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
1-3 years of experience working in project management and/or writing that involves heavy cross functional team collaboration
Knowledge of the media landscape and major trends in the industry
Solid understanding of the TikTok user experience
