Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Timberland. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in our customers’ lives by providing them with an exceptional experience.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and with a team, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You must be a problem solver and have a good understanding of customer service principles and practices. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to customers by responding to customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing support.
  2. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
  3. Listen to customer feedback and provide follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Ensure customer inquiries are answered in a timely and accurate manner.
  7. Assist with the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  8. Monitor incoming customer service inquiries and respond accordingly.
  9. Remain up-to-date on product information and industry trends.
  10. Report customer feedback and suggestions to management.
