Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy Digital Marketing Manager to join the forward-thinking team at Timberland. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing initiatives that drive business objectives and maximize the impact of our digital presence. You’ll need an in-depth knowledge of the industry, a knack for creative problem-solving, and the ability to think outside the box and deliver creative solutions. If you’re a motivated self-starter with a passion for digital marketing, we want to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you’ll need a degree in a related field, such as Marketing, Digital Media or Communications, as well as 3+ years’ experience in a similar role. You’ll also need a solid understanding of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing, and be comfortable working with a variety of analytics and reporting tools. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives that drive business objectives and maximize the impact of the Timberland digital presence
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices
  • Implement SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing strategies
  • Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage relationships with internal teams, agency partners and customers
  • Create reports and presentations to present performance data to stakeholders
  • Monitor competitors’ digital marketing activities
  • Ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time and within budget
