They must also have a strong understanding of the HR industry and possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.In this role, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the HR department and ensuring that all HR functions are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily activities of the Human Resources department, ensuring that all HR functions are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent in the industry.

- Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to making employment offers.

- Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors in areas such as performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary matters.

- Monitor and analyze employee data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices, regulations, and industry trends in the HR field.
