The Timberland team is seeking an experienced and passionate Human Resources Manager to join our team and help us develop and execute our HR strategies. As a key member of our organization, the HR Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and compliance with all applicable labor laws. We are looking for a well-rounded individual with a commitment to excellence and a focus on building relationships with our employees and management.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as a minimum of five years’ experience in a Human Resources leadership role. The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with a strong understanding of employment law and employee relations. They should also have the ability to work independently and in a team environment, and be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Finally, the ideal candidate should demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion, and have a passion for creating a positive and supportive work environment.
