Quality Assurance Engineer

You should also be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate for this role will have:• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality assurance, or a related field• At least 5 years of experience in the quality assurance field• Knowledge of applicable standards, regulations, and industry best practices• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills• The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment• The ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards. • Monitor and evaluate products and services to ensure they meet our standards. • Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation. • Ensure that all processes are compliant with applicable standards, regulations, and industry best practices. • Investigate customer complaints and take corrective action when necessary. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products and services meet quality standards. • Monitor trends in customer feedback and develop strategies for improvement. • Identify and eliminate potential risks to quality. • Maintain a safe and clean work environment. • Train and mentor junior quality assurance team members.
