
Director- Talent Acquisition
Tishman Speyer is looking for a talented and experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and tactical activities of the Talent Acquisition team. You will be integral in developing and executing a talent acquisition strategy to attract and recruit the best talent for our organization.You will have a strong understanding of the full lifecycle recruitment process and have experience in developing and leveraging technology and tools to optimize the recruitment process. You will be a highly motivated, results-driven individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.The ideal candidate has 5+ years' experience in a Talent Acquisition leadership role, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and a strong track record of driving recruitment results. Additionally, this role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to think innovatively. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the strategic and tactical activities of the Talent Acquisition team.
- Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy to attract and recruit the best talent for the organization.
- Develop and leverage technology and tools to optimize the recruitment process.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach to talent acquisition.
- Monitor the full lifecycle recruitment process.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the Talent Acquisition team.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors.
- Analyze recruitment and hiring data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve hiring practices.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition.
- Monitor recruitment budget and ensure cost-effective recruitment practices.
