Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of a property in the Rockefeller Center
2. Provide excellent customer service to tenants and other stakeholders
3. Develop and implement strategies for property management
4. Maintain relationships with colleagues across departments
5. Monitor and analyze market trends and other real estate data
6. Prepare and maintain all documents related to property management
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
8. Oversee budgeting and accounting for the property
9. Manage and coordinate maintenance and repair activities
10. Develop and maintain tenant relationships and handle tenant inquiries
