
Consumer Insights & Analytics Manager
As a proactive business partner, the manager will be responsible for educating peers and partners about our customers, developing relationships and elevating the team’s work towards a role as a strategic partner. Lead development of customer behavior capability by assessing current data opportunities and gaps and setting team vision for areas of focus. Lead the build of comprehensive, strategic, trendable customer profiles to educate the organization of our customer’s behavior internally (across 5 in-store brands and online) and externally across our competitive set and how they’ve shifted over time, using both internal customer database as well as external data sources Use customer data to answer strategic business questions, while proactively identifying ways to bring our customer to life through data. Manage senior marketing analyst in analyzing quantitative purchase data (e.g., customer database, credit transactions, foot traffic), mentoring on technical skills and translation to insights.
6+ years’ experience in customer or marketing analysis
Experience managing data analyst(s)
Ability to prioritize multiple, complex projects in a collaborative fast paced environment.
