  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and understanding customers' needs, answering questions, and offering solutions or recommendations.
  3. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and gift card payments.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, including assisting with merchandise requests and returns.
  6. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals, utilizing feedback to improve performance.
  7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
  8. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the TJX family and its products to customers.
  10. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
  11. Adhere to all company safety and security procedures to protect customers, employees, and merchandise.
  12. Attend and actively participate in training sessions to further develop customer service skills and knowledge.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
  14. Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
