- Oversee and manage multiple store locations within a designated district
- Collaborate with store managers to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profits
- Monitor store performance and provide guidance and support to store managers to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Train, motivate, and develop store management teams to create a high-performing, customer-focused culture
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards across all stores
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment and allocation of merchandise
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Conduct store visits and provide feedback and coaching to store managers and associates
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store teams, customers, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with company values, including diversity, inclusion, and ethical standards
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding of store management teams
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve district and store performance
- Collaborate with other district supervisors and upper management to share insights and best practices
- Represent the company at district and regional meetings and events
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Employees, Customers, And Upper Management.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Retail Operations And Proven Ability To Drive Sales, Manage Inventory, And Maintain Store Standards.
