Senior Manager, Sustainability Data and Reporting

1. Develop and implement sustainability data management strategies, including collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to measure our environmental impact.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate sustainability data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
3. Create and maintain a system for tracking and reporting on key sustainability metrics, such as carbon emissions, water usage, and waste reduction.
4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sustainability data management and reporting, and make recommendations for improvement.
5. Prepare and present regular reports on sustainability performance to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
6. Lead the development and implementation of sustainability reporting frameworks, including GRI, CDP, and other relevant standards.
7. Identify areas for improvement and work with internal teams to develop and implement solutions to enhance sustainability performance.
8. Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in sustainability reporting.
9. Manage and maintain relationships with third-party data providers and software vendors.
10. Train and mentor team members on sustainability data management and reporting processes.
11. Monitor and ensure compliance with sustainability regulations and requirements.
12. Continuously evaluate and enhance data management processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
13. Serve as a subject matter expert on sustainability data and reporting, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
14. Communicate the company's sustainability goals and progress to both internal and external audiences.
15. Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and strategies across the company.
