  1. Conduct trend research and analysis to identify key fashion trends and make informed buying decisions.
  2. Assist in developing and implementing product assortment strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
  3. Collaborate with the buying team to source and select products that align with the brand's aesthetic and target audience.
  4. Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms for the company.
  5. Create and maintain purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to make recommendations for restocking, markdowns, or other inventory management strategies.
  7. Communicate with cross-functional teams, such as merchandising, marketing, and operations, to ensure a cohesive and successful buying strategy.
  8. Attend trade shows and buying trips to stay updated on industry trends and network with potential suppliers.
  9. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports related to the buying process.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
  11. Mentor and train junior buying team members as needed.
  12. Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized buying records and data.
  15. Continuously evaluate and analyze buying processes to identify areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Fashion Merchandising, Business, Or A Related Field.
